Can I customize an artwork?
Yes. Selected works can be tailored in size, colour palette, and certain details. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your preferences.
Do paintings arrive framed?
Both framed and unframed options are available. Framed pieces are professionally stretched, mounted, and delivered ready to hang.
How long will my painting take to create?
Most paintings are completed within 8–13 business days. Larger or more detailed commissions may require additional time.
Is worldwide shipping complimentary?
Yes. Avior Art offers complimentary worldwide shipping through trusted carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
How is my artwork protected during delivery?
Each piece is carefully wrapped with protective materials and secured in a custom-designed, reinforced box.
What if the painting doesn’t meet my expectations?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. If your painting does not meet the agreed specifications, we will arrange a complimentary remake.
